ULTRA-SLIMMING EUROPEAN DIET!

Europe’s #1 Diet is now helping Americans shrink their waist line. Below are the easy-to-follow menus. 

Until you reach your goal weight, you’ll alternate between “attack” and “cruise” menus. Portions are suggestions; eat as much as you need to feel satisfied. Take a multivitamin and enjoy a fat-fighting pancake (see recipe below) daily. Drink 64 ounces or more of Ionized Alkaline Water a day; coffee/tea are fine in moderation but is not a replacement for the water. Use additional lean protein, fat-free dairy, herbs, and spices. To speed the results, take a brisk 20-minute walk each day. Always get a doctor’s permission to try any new plan.

Fat-Fighting Pancake

1 egg white
2 Tablespoons oat bran
2 Tablespoons fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 Teaspoon Splenda

Instructions

Beat egg white until foamy. In a separate bowl, combine oat bran, Greek yogurt and sweetener. Mix with egg white. Cook in nonstick pan over medium heat for about five minutes. Flip and cook for 5 minutes more. Serves 1.

Attack Menu

(Fill up on unlimited lean protein and unlimited fat-free dairy with a vitamin D supplement on each attack day. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses (64 ounces) of Ionized Alkaline Water a day.)

1 whole egg (no more than 4 eggs a week) plus unlimited whites, lean ham or turkey bacon
1 cup fat-free milk or fat-free latte

Fat-Free cottage cheese or fat-free plain Greek yogurt, with cinnamon and Splenda or Equal to taste
1 hard-boiled egg (no more than 4 eggs a week)

Fresh Salmon

Grilled salmon or chicken breast with sauce made from 6 oz. fat-free plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard, a dish of vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
1 serving sugar free gelatin.

Sauteed Shrimp

Water Packed Tuna

Lean Steak

Cruise Meals
